How to prepare a buffalo steak:
To prepare the steaks: add salt and fresh ground pepper to add flavor to the steak. You can grill or sear it if you want. Cook it in a low fire or medium rare only because this food cooks easily. If it is already done, you can place it in a plate with foil to keep it warm.
For the sauce: Put butter into the pan and wait until it melts, then add shallots. If the ingredients are translucent then you can add in the mustard, Worcestershire sauce and the demi glace. Add Madeira wine, chopped parsley and lemon juice to the sauce and wait until it thickens. You can add extra salt or pepper if you want. It depends upon your taste.
